Open Question: Any ideas for outfit and hair for Rock'n'Roll party?

My friend (who throws AMAZING parties btw) Is having a Rock'n'Roll Party, and everyone is going. I really need a hand about what to wear and where I can get cheapish (I have a £100 limit) stuff. Also MASSIVE problem because I have been thinking of getting a side fringe for AGES, but some of my friends have been telling me not too. But my 3 best friends think I should. I know it would look better but I don't want to crash at the party or just generally cause I have rubbishy hair. My hair also grows REALLY slowly.
